Nobody knows who built it but this giant spire is riddled with window like holes all throughout it and a set of stairs inside spiraling upwards. It is a sort of look out as you can see just about all of Ymir City from the top of this spire. It is thought that an ancient civilization built it long before recorded history. It is where people often gather to chat and talk. There are many stores built around it's base.
