"Well it's very delicious, I wouldn't be surprised if people would go out of their way to get more of this." Shizuo was cut off by a knock on the door. The room grew quite as they collectively looked at the door. Something felt.... off, he didn't know how to describe it but something was definitely different in the air. "Shouldn't somebody answer that?" He asked aloud.

After a short while there was another knock before a voice came from the other side. "Special Forces Unit, please open up."
Burner blinked, what would the special forces unit be doing here? That was a bit fishy, but it wasn't unlike them to go from door to door to pick up information.

Saki looked to the two beside her as her mother went to the door. "You two haven't done anything illegal right?" Her mind was racing with countless possibilities.
Mrs. Maragi answered the door slowly. "Is there a problem officer?" She asked confused that the special forces were at her front door.

"I beat that guy up, but that wouldn't be enough to get the Special Forces here."
Burner glanced around to see who it was as he took a sip of tea. Which was a bad idea because he about choked on said tea when he realized who was at the door. Standing there in her Special Forces uniform was his older sister with several other lower ranked Special Forces behind her. The woman saluted and Burner tried not to squirm in his seat.
"Sorry to intrude ma'am," she said, her face serious and stoic. "There has been a series of break ins that have been linked to enemy forces in this district, and we'd like to know if you've seen anything."
He was glad that Seraphina Restins and himself looked almost nothing alike. While Burner had the fiery locks of their mother Seraphina had the pitch black locks of their father. Still, if you looked hard enough there could be a resemblance seen and he hoped with her uniform hat on that it would be less obvious.

Mrs. Maragi recognized this woman. "No officer we haven't had any trouble in this neighborhood in a while." She could have sworn she had seen this woman before. Then it suddenly hit her. "You're the Restins daughter aren't? Oh I can't believe I didn't see it when I opened the door." She explained herself before there was anymore confusion. "Your parents bought many fireworks from my shop when you were just a small child. How are your parents nowadays?"

Seraphina carried herself stiffly, but her face softened into a gentle smile.
Burner wished he could melt into the floor or just disappear all together right now. The conversation began without her noticing his presence thankfully. "Is that so? Hm, well they've been meaning to hold another festival, are you still in the business? And hey're doing quite fine, their usual spontaneous selves."
And then she looked at him. She must of seen him from the corner of her eye because now she was looking at him dead in the eyes. His sister didn't give anything away. Burner was trying to decide if that was a good thing or a bad thing. Then she spoke.
"Excuse me ma'am, that boy in there, may I have a word with him?"

Shizuo watched Mrs. Maragi open the door and speak to the lead officer. The lead officer then pointed at Burner asking to see him. "What did you do to get the Special forces attention kid?" He was surprised to say the least. Shizuo had just came back from a huge fight a few days ago where him and a few others had caused a sink hole and they didn't even look into that. Of course he was in the process of helping rebuild that city block.

Burner didn't respond, he stood carefully from his chair and walked rather stiffly towards Seraphina. There was a flicker in her eyes as they landed on him. She was a tall woman, getting her height from their father. Burner was sure one day he'd be just as tall if not a bit taller, but for now he came up to her chest. He'd never admit it, but his older sister could intimidate him at times. She was cool, diplomatic but a ferocious fighter when need be and it was that ridged coolness that bugged Burner. She wasn't like that with him, not unless provoked, but still.
Her hand was light on his back as she quietly led him out the door and to a nearby alleyway where they wouldn't be overheard or disturbed.
"Blitz," she said softly, her hand gently caressing his cheek as the other hovered over his hair, right where the stitches were. "What happened?"
"Got into a fight," he said curtly and she arched a slender eyebrow at him.
"I can see that, but why?"
"Some punk thought he could make threats to our family," he grumbled, trying to inch away from her doting hands. She grabbed his chin in a gentle but firm grip getting him to look at her, ember and blue eyes unwavering.
"Who?" her voice was deceptively soft, and business like, but her eyes spoke volumes.
"I don't need you to fight my battles," Burner groused pulling his face away form her hand.
"It's not just your battle, brother," she said, and something in him lurched. She only used 'brother' when she wasn't willing to take any crap and she used 'little brother' only when she was worried. Since it was just brother with no little in front, she wasn't about to take his crap.
"You can probably find him in the bar over there," he said and motioned towards the bar and wondering faintly if the lug was still there. He didn't like the idea of her fighting his battles, and he was sure he'd taken care of it, but there was no point in arguing. Once any of the Restins children got something in their head they weren't going to give it up easily, if at all. Though they all went about in in different ways that starkly contrasted one another.

Saki slowly stood from the table and went to do the door where her mother stood. "Hey Burner is everything alright?" She didn't know what was going on and she didn't very well like it.
Mrs. Maragi looked down at her daughter. "Hush darling, whatever the young officer is doing with your friend they're doing it in that alley. They probably didn't hear you." She knew her child had a caring side, especially to those she believed were good at heart. Saki was good at guessing someones true nature. "Go back inside and entertain your guest darling."

"I kicked him through a wall, either he's staggered off or he's still there," Burner said with a roll of his eyes. Seraphina nodded once before exiting the alleyway, Burner just behind her.
"Head home, Blitz," his sister said quietly and Burner made a noise of affirmation. He'd have to head home soon anyways, there were things he needed to do when he got there, but first he should probably say goodbye and thank Saki for stitching up his wound and Mrs. Maragi for the tea.
"Thank you for your time, ma'am," the woman said before saluting. Seraphina made a motion towards her troops and they saluted before following after her. Burner watched them head around the corner and sighed.

Saki walked down the steps toward Burner placing a hand on his shoulder. "Hey is everything cool?" She tried to gauge the seriousness of the matter but she couldn't read his body language. There was either A: There was nothing wrong, or B: Burner had a serious poker face.
Mrs. Maragi waved goodbye at the officer. "No problem at all officer, and do give your parents my regards."

"Well I think it's time I should leave." Shizuo extinguished his cigarette in the ashtray and stood to leave the house. "Thank you for the tea Mrs. Maragi, it was lovely." He walked down the steps towards the two. "I imagine whatever that officer wanted it wasn't to serious." He spoke to Burner lighting a new cigarette.

Seraphina smiled politely to Mrs. Maragi. "I certainly will."
Burner nodded once as he glanced back towards where they had left for a long moment. "Everything's fine."

"Oh it's my pleasure dear, you can come by anytime to have some tea if you like. Of course the same offer goes to you as well." Mrs. Maragi spoke both to Hewaijima, and Burner.
"Thanks Mom I'm sure they understand." Saki turned back to the two. "That didn't seem like everything was fine. They talked to you directly.... and in private if I might add, but it's not my business." She really didn't mean to pry. It just seemed strange to her that they picked him out of the four in the house to talk to.

Burner let out an exasperated sigh and ran his hand along his face for a moment, suddenly very weary and tired. He really wanted to go home right about now and just collapse in bed. Which was pretty uncharacteristic of him.
"It's not important, she just asked me what happened to my head and I gave her some information on the guy," he explained trying to leave any incriminating evidence out of what he said. "I don't know, maybe that guy is linked with something other than trying to cave my head in."
