Ninnatta once again silenced the room with a simple gesture and smiling at the man as if she was listening to the rantings of a misbehaving child, confronted him. "I'm sorry, I seem to find a contradiction in your words." She crossed her legs and rested her hands easily on her lap. "You witnessed before that you 'made a decision and wanted to see it through' but just now claimed that you were chosen by a corrupt councilor to 'see their plans through'." Her head tilted at an angle as she observed his reaction. "Just whom did these 'Respectable' decisions belong to lieutenant?" Her gentle questioning gaze sharpened slightly in anger. "And just how does dragging our practically defenseless nation into a blood war dictate respect?!" Her voice stayed even but was obviously soaked in anger.
Ritta hated her mistress for several solid and well deserved reasons, but it was times like these when Ninnatta defended her home and people with unwavering strength that Her mistress earned her respect.

Striker laughed quietly as he stood there. "You misunderstand. I made a decision to help said corrupt councilor. I wanted to see these plans through. I expressed this and I was chosen. You see my dear egotistical councilor it's all a manner of.... perspective. It's respectable because we are not defenseless..... are flying fortress is almost impregnable there is no way their people can infiltrate it." He glanced at the earth calgor's to his side. "Are we done here?"

Ninnatta sighed. "It would seem we have quite the issue." She looked at the man with a deep sadness in her gaze. "Our 'flying fortress' is anything but impenatrable." She gestured to the earth calgors seated before her. "Any one of them could fashion a suitable entrance given our permission. And faceing a war they'd quickly overcome our few defences." She looked away from him. "Slave." She said quietly motioning for Ritta to step forward, not really looking at her at all. "Get this man to the detention cells." Ritta bowed in submission and disapeared through a hidden servent's door. She glared at the Earth delagates, senceing their anusement. "Do not get me wrong. I do not believe us to be weak. War is just not an area we'd prevail at the moment." She looked back at the captive before her "I will deal with you later."
Ritta entered from the same door she'd exited from a few minutes prior with several armed guards. She bowed to her mistress. "Maybe a few earth delagates would like to accompany us?" She asked quietly and without influx.
Ninna gave a curt nod and waved to the earth calgors. "My slave ask for a few earth delagates to confirm this man's confinement." Ninnatta anounced calmly without directly speaking with an earth calgor. "If you'd prefer." It was obvious that the fact the slave had spoken vexed her but she didn't act on it; although, her discust was shown clearly on her face.

King Maxmillian nodded and turned to his beloved son. "Alexander." He turned to the voice of his father. "I want you and two of councilor's to follow the woman to their detention cells.
Alexander nodded and took the two councilor's sitting behind him. "Come on we have work to do." He walked over to Ritta. "Lead the way."
King Maxmillian turned back to Ninnatta. "It seems that we were mistaken. We thought that this man was ordered directly from your board of councilor's..... I would however like to find these corrupted delegates that this so called "Striker" was speaking of."

Ritta winced at their choice of escort but bowed to her mistress never-the-less. She imediately headed out of the room, the prisoner bound and guarded followed behind.
Ninnatta sighed and contimplated this problem. On one hand the possiblitly of a couple corrupt members did exist, but on the other Striker could be lieing. She smiled. 'Even if Striker lies...' she thought and held out a hand to the earthern king. "Unfortunitly any corruption in this council would be hidden beyond detection." She sighed again turning to the members sitting behind her. "Could you leave us?" Though the words were framed as a question they held the power of a command and the room quickly emptied of all wind calgors.

Alexander walked the halls keeping the prisoner right in front of him. He turned to Ritta who was walking to the side of him. Striker stumbled and one of the wind calgors knocked him in the back. "Keep moving." He winced at the strike. 'That looked like it hurt.' Alex thought to himself. "How much farther to the cell."
Maxmillian watched as the wind calgors filled out one at a time. "What is the meaning of this councilor?"

Ritta paused for a second and with a bow answered his quary as if she'd never seen the man. "The cells are down in the lower levels. We have to pass through the check and continnue down the fourth corridor." She straintened and never once looked at the prince.
Ninnatta waited for the door to close firmly behind the exidus before answering. "Maxmillian. This council is headed by myself." She lowered her hand and shook her head. "Though I can not controle them as much as i wish." Her eyes shot to the king. "I envy your monarchial government in that aspect." She grinned and approched the king. "I detest war. Sinceless killing is brutish and ill fated." Ninna eyed the king with a curious intensity. "And a monarchy is imposible without an imposing army to back the royal's athority." She sighed and closed her eyes and sighed; the sound a very lonesome and tired picture. "I have been pushing to clean this council for years." She opened her eyes and they depicted her severe joy in this operatunity. "It seems the stain among my peers has finally tripped up." She grinned and offered her hand to the king once again. "Will you assist me, Maxmilliam? I'm sure you'll recognise imence profit in it."

Maxmillian smiled and took her hand. "I think we share similar intrests Ninnatta." She shook firmly with her. "I will gladly assist you as needed. I do to detest war." He stood and motioned for his other compatriots to do so as well. "I do hope that our future interactions can be more..... friendly to say the least." The councilors began to head out the door as he spoke. "Would there be any place where we could lodge for the night?"
Alexander nodded and continued on. "Your lucky that my father is so friendly Lieutenant.... If I would have had it my way you would have been hung the day after your capture." He spoke with venom dripping from his voice. "You threatened my people."

Striker laughed at the prince. "I do not care about your people Prince Alexander. Why do you think I done this in the first place. I our people are superior to yours in every way possible." He stopped and turned to the Prince. "Your people disgust me. Your still a monarchy for heavens sake." Striker spat at his feet.
Miranda easily followed the group as a disguised as one of the Earth calgor delegates. She disposed of the body in a nearby closet before entering. Miranda flashed a smile at Striker gaining his attention. She used the wind around them to distinguish the torches down the corridor encasing them in darkness. She quickly grabbed Striker and ran away. "Were going to have to change the plan.
Serena fumed as she exited the councilors chambers. She leaned against the wall massaging the bridge of her nose. "Why did Striker do this?" She spoke quietly to herself as she stood there. "Was it my fault..... I was the one who trained him after all."

Ritta shook her head as the 'guards' allowed thier captive to be stolen. By the time they relit their torches and gained their bearings the man was no where to be seen. Ritta stiffened as she antisipated the blame to placed squarely on her sholders. In ths she was not diapointed as the head guard turned to her and slapped her accross the face. Ritta shot a threating glance at Alexander and his men, warning them not to interfere. She stubornly stood still in the face of the lashing and didn't flinch away as he started yelling some odd story about anarchists and some coup... The other guards converged on the story and traded off hitting her. She sighed and held her ground, tasting the bitter, copper tang of her blood. The ring in her ears was the first thing to register as one of the guards decided it would be more effective to use a weapon. Her temple became increasingly numb and her right eye was eclipsed in red as blood tricled down her face. She grew dissy and slowly slumped to the floor ending up in the depresingly submissive possition of a kneeling before them.

Alexander clenched his fists at what he was witnessing. "Enough!" He grabbed the guards arm about to strike Ritta. "I am Prince Alexander Grayson of the the Earth Calgor nation and I demand that you stop stiking this defenseless woman!" He turned to the other guards standing there as well. "I do not care if she is a slave or not she is still is a woman! You lot are all men this insults yourselves more then it does her! Even her master strikes her less!" The guards mumbled something and left down the hallway. "I want you two to follow them..... if they hint at telling somebody at what just happened I want you to silence them and dispose of the bodies. I don't want any blame coming back to Ritta what so ever. These time's are chaotic and nobody will miss a few missing guards." The two councilor's left following Alexander's orders. He turned back to Ritta's beaten form. "Can you stand Ritta?.... Is there even a place I would be able to take you to heal without you receiving more beatings?"
Damion came out shortly after Serena and went to talk to some of the councilor's. He quickly became aware of the saddend Serena standing near a wall. Damion walked up behind her and heard most of what she was saying. "How could you say that Serena? This is not your fault." He turned her around and looked her dead in the eye. "This is the fault of some crazed nationalist not you. It's Striker who decided to do these things and it had none of your influence to do with it."

Serena smiled sadly and looked up to Damion. "Thanks Damion.... It's just nerve racking to know that somebody that I trained actually tried to pull of something this stupid." She rose her head finally noticing his brilliant white eyes. "I think your the only person that could've have calmed me down Damion."

Ritta tried to blink away the blood that was obstructing her sight, her arms a useless dead weight. The ringing in her ears was deafening, her view slowly fading back and forth from red to black; she was holding onto her conciousness with all her will as she swayed and fell to the floor, no longer feeling, seeing, or heaing anything other than the very pulsing of her human heart.
ninnatta smiled as she hestured to the king, telling him to follow behind her. She opened the door to a waiting servent and beckened for hin to listen. "Fethch me the leader of the defence force." She then started toward the main stair to lead these men to the guest chambers that graced their city hall.

Alexander knealt holding to Ritta. "Ritta!" He slowly let her down on the ground observing her wounds. 'Oh God this is bad.' Alex wiped the blood from her eyes. "Ritta your going have to tell me where I can take you." He raised her head above her waist trying to slow the bleeding.
Damion blushed slightly and backed away from Serena as a servent came closer to speak to Serena. "Ninnatta demands your presense immediatly Miss. Black." He turned to Serena still a little scarlet. "Um I'll go wait for you at the bar Serena." Damion turned and walked down the hall.

Ritta shivered and glanced sideways at one of the many entrances to the servent's stare. She shuddered as she tried to speek through her weakness. A human could withstand only so much from these beings, she knew her limits. "down three fights." She whispered. "Then to the stables..." Her conciousness was quickly fadeing. "I'm housed in the loft." She looked back at the poolish prince, waisting her streingth to glare at the man. "If you're seen helping me... it means my life..." Her voice was barely audible as she fell unconcious.
Ninnatta's gowns whispered as she glided accross the shimmering marble hall that graced the guest chambers. "You may choose your own rooms." She offered the men present. "A slave has been assigned to each of them." She left the gathering and gestured for the king to follow. She walked to a master chamber that connected with the room the prince had used the night before. These two rooms were assigned to Irena and as Ninna swept her skirts out of their path in a gesture to enter, Irena efertlessly kneeled by the door as she had for the prince with her forehead pressed the the cold marble and her hands laid to either side.
