Alexander walked with Irena into the council chambers taking seat waiting for his fathers prescense. "I hope these talks do not end badly, or worse." He spoke to himself as he examined the chambers. "If they have any sense there will be some security here."
Maxmillian walked the halls standing back straight, the perfect image of a beloved king. He and the councilors were escorted by armed guards heading to the council chambers where the talks were going to be held. He eventually made it and took a seat next to his son. "Hello pup." He patted his Alexander on his back lovingly.
Alexander smiled as he turned to address his father. "About time you came..... And here I was expecting that I was going to have go through this on my own." He laughed at his own joke.
Maxmillian laughed as well noticing the slave remaining silent behind his son. He bent down whispering to his son. "I didn't relize that the wind nation still had slaves..... I hope you have been treating her like a gentlemen should."
Alexander frowned at the speak of slaves. "I have been ignoring her for now. Someone told me that it would be better if we treated them as slaves and not as citizens....... She said it would cause trouble for her with her master." He hated speaking of someone like they were property.

Irena winced slightly as she heard her temporary master's conversation. It was true if any one overheard this she would be beaten severely. She glanced to the side at the person nearest them. 'They don't seem to have heard.' She thought to her self with a mental sigh of relief. 'No doubt the person he speaks of was that disgusting human.' Her eyes darted to the still figure behind the chair at the head of the table.
Ritta noticed Irena's interest, but remained unruffled. She was used to the hate that filled that gaze. She hadn't had the time to change, so she was still damp and cold. Her face was tilted down with her hair covering as much as possible. The right side of her face showed a darkening bruise and the left a thread-bare bandage. She may have been beyond caring about the pain or anger, but something about having these foreigners see it brought her a sense of shame she was not used to. She winced as she held in a sneeze. 'The last thing i need is to disrupt them like this.' She thought desperately.

An Earth Councilor stood before the Wind nation's council. "Extreme delegates of the Wind Nation people. Our King Maxmillian has come today to discuss business of recent attacks on our supply lines from a mercenary band hired by your self defense force....... These said mercenaries were accompanied by man inlisted into your self defense force to ensure the attack went on in plan. We captured and interrogated said man and have brought him today as proof."

Ninnata held up a hand as her fellow council menbers began to protest. "I see no reason to object to their formal investigation." She firmly stated to the older men and women sitting alonside her. She turned to The calgor who was, at the moment, charging her council. "I do however request that you refrain from any direct accusations. Nothing has of yet been established as truth, and you will speak with that in mind." She spoke with solid athority and power as she lowered her hand. "Now, you may continue." She smiled and tilted her head. "I would like to settle this as quickly as possible. As you know the wind territories have refrained from any involvement in this war and I wish to keep it that way." She gestured for the man to comtinue as she shot a descreat look at the person who headed their 'Defence force.' She never had approved of such a volger practice, but had not been able to force their desolvement; her fellow council members were all too stuborn.

Miranda stood in the rafters balancing on one of the many beams overlooking the bureaucrats under her. 'All is going according to plan.' She smiled and crouched on the beam she was currently on. 'Derek better play the part he was told of.... He needs to be convincing as that fool of a Wind Calgor if were going to start this conflict.'
Serena was outraged by the idea. There is no way that her defense force, HER defense force would never do this. "That's impossible our self defense force would never do such a thing!" Serena stood up in flash fuming. "This is below our people. We would have no need to attack your supply lines we have more than enough supplies to sustain our own people for more then century!"

"Be Calm!" Ninnatta demanded. "You have not been called upon as of yet." She waved the woman off and looked to the earth calgors. "Our head of defence. She will get a chance to speak soon enough." Ninnatta crossed her legs and leaned back in her chair. "Now, I'd like to get on with this."
Ritta stifffened as she supressed another sneeze. She remained standing as still as possible behind and slightly to the right of her mistress.
Irena was sitting on the ground beside her temporary master. She was for the use of these earth calgor royals and feared the looks of simpathy eminating from them.

King Maxmillian stood and motioned for the councilor to seat down. "Yes let's.... My councilors did in fact bring this captive along." He turned to his councilors and motioned for them to bring him to the front. "He is unharmed and is healthy."
Alexander began to tap his foot as he waited. 'This is taking entirely to long.' He was about to speak to his father but held his toungue. Alex knew there was a time and place for him to speak and this was not one of those times.

Ninnatta sat paciently as a young man she'd never had seen was brought to the front. However, even though she'd never met him, she didn't fing it odd. She never really met with any of the yound men or women who suposidly defended their cities.
Ritta stiffled a giggle as she saw the prince's impatient expressions. She decided to chance it and smiled at him. She was behind all the Wind Calgors so what harm could it bring?

Miranda held a laugh as Derek walked into the council chambers. 'He really pulls off the whole captive look doesn't he?' She thought to herself still in the rafters. 'He better stick to the plan, so we can kick this war off.'
Derek stood walking defiently as any prisoner should. He listened to the politicians argue to each other. "State your name and rank prisoner." One of the earth calgor senators told him standing to the side. "My name Dawn Striker..... I am a Lieutentant in the Wind calgor self defense force."
Serena scowled and clenched her fist. "Dammit Striker he would be one to pull this kind of stunt." She turned her head and refrained from speaking out once again.

Alexander noticed some movement in his peripheral. He looked to find Ritta smiling at him. He smiled back at her as his father once stood in front of the council. "Mr. Striker you have told us that you yourself were with these mercenaries to make sure all went according to plan..... Is that correct?" Maxmillian spoke evenly yet strongly to the man that stood before them in defiance.

Ninnatta scowled as the woman accidently confirmed his existance and rank, but allowed things to continue. She even glared at the other members of the council as they started to argue again. They grew quiet and ninnatta focused on the captured Calgor. "We understand that he has admitted to these charges." She calmly offered the earth calgors. "I's curious as to his motives and how he was captured." She glared at both herown council and the earth delagates. "I would like to hear the entire story from this man without interuption." She stood and approched the captive. A gentle breeze pushed the man forward. "Come Lt Striker. Stand before me and tell me your side of things." She grabbed the chain that connected the cuffs that bound him, and as if it served as a leash, she led him to the head of the table to stand with her as he spoke. 'Even though it kills me to see him in the earth territory's confinement I'm still loath to touch a commoner, let alone a member of that dispicable defence farce!' She thought as she gripped the metal links.
Ritta shaddowed her mistress as she collected the man. It was obvious to her what Ninnatta's true motives were. She knew it would kill her mistress to see one of the citizens under her protections held prisoner by another territries government. No matter how she dispised commoners and the like. Plus this man was from the defence unit... Ritta sighed. Her mistress was an enigma.

Miranda watched as one of the many Wind Calgor councilor's walked up to Derek asking him for his side of the story. "You better keep up the story Derek..... If you don't there will be hell to pay." She sat there in the rafters keeping to the shadows.
Miranda watched Striker walk with Ninnatta. She nudged Damion in the side. "Hey Damion do you know what the hell she's doing?" The man didn't look scared but it did look like he was hesitant of what she was trying to accomplish.
Striker walked with her and stood tall in front of the group of councilor's. "There is nothing really to tell you piece of egotistical garbage." He spat at her feet and looked defiant. "I made a decision and I wanted to see it through....... that is it." He looked away from her not giving her the respect of even looking her in the eye.

Ninnatta kept her face devoid of any emotion, though she was quite glad the man had expressed his disdain for the wind territory government. She scowled at the man and as she sat down waved Ritta up to wipe the saliva from her skirts. 'This way no matter what his story is there is proof it was his own decision and not an order from our government.' She thought as she kicked Ritta in the shoulder throwing her onto her back. "It doesn't matter if it isn't much. Tell us you're story." She demanded of the man.
Ritta scurried to clean her mistresses skirts and as she finished was rewarded by being thrown onto her backside. She hastily stood and bowed. "Thank you, mistress." She spoke clearly and returned to her position of shadow.

Alexander was about to shout at Ninnatta for striking down Ritta but was stopped by his father. "Pup there's a time and place for everything..... we are here to pervent war not escelate it." Alex shook his head and tried to regain his composure. "The way they treat people here maybe we should start a war." He mumbled this under his beath so that nobody could hear him.
Damion noticed Serena's nudge. "Sorry no Serena I have no idea what out lovely councilor is doing..... Looks like she's trying to get the whole story out of him. I mean for all we know he is an Earth Calgor trying to frame us."

Miranda noticed the Prince movements and how his father stopped him. She observed the chambers searching for what he was so outraged at. Then he noticed the slave on the ground. "So that's it. I had forgotten that slavery was outlawed in the earth territories." She smirked at the oppurtunity. "Derek might not have to keep up this charade...... If we can get the Prince to start this war on his own."
Striker stood there looking at the group of councilor's surrounding the chambers. "We decided that we had enough of sitting here in out floating fortress while the enemy grew stronger, and stronger while. We had and idea to disrupt their trade...... Believe it or not there are councilor's in this room that agree with me those are the ones I respect. I was chosen to see their plans through."
